8D have acquired a 50 Acre development site to build an 8D Music & Entertainment Resort.

Government & Municipal Approvals

The Municipality of Central Corfu, with the formal support of the local Mayor, will proceed to issue full planning approval for a 500 key hotel resort including 10,000 Capacity Arena, Marina and Casino License if required.

The overall concept has been approved at Government Level with the Minister for Tourism appointed to oversee the project personally. Government Officials have been appointed to review all architectural plans to ensure full alignment with national planning standards and regulatory requirements to prevent any delays with this project.

8D have secured a powerful investment related tax rebate for this project and Government funding for the Marina. The Greek Government will also grant 8D access to an EU Loan Scheme on the completion of this project to fund further sites within the EU at 1%.

Meticulous ‘shovel ready’ plans are in place for a Beach Front Hotel Resort, Arena and Hospitality development. This project entails the construction of a luxury beach resort in a prime location spanning 121,406.98m2

The site has a permit to be the first private beach in Greece with a 20,000m2 Outdoor Entertaining Space designed as a Natural Landscaped area with a capacity of a further 5,000 guests. All onsite guests and Arena guests will have access to an 8D Drop Shot Sports Bar & Restaurant operating 24/7.
